Folks must wear masks indoors and in fact you cannot enter restaurants or hotels without a vaccination card. The restaurants and hotels risk fines if they do not record that information. Many folks that wear masks outdoors are not vaccinated or are extra cautious. We wear masks outdoors when in crowded areas like the celery festival.
