I just wanted to let you know we have made this recipe twice now and really enjoy it. This is only the second turkey dish I can say I have enjoyed to this extent (the other is turkey/sweet chilli meatballs). It is now part of our meal rotation as turkey legs/thighs are now readily available at our local store.
