I recently had an amazing rabbit and duck ragu at a little restaurant in Servigliano (Marche) last week… got me thinking I need to try something similar in my instant pot! I love the idea of serving it over polenta (also super easy in the IP). Thanks for a great looking recipe!

Is there any way to get rid of the wine? I’m asking because I can’t have alcohol.
