Will this be okay at room temp? Leaving in two days so need response ASAP if you can please. There will be (hopefully) fridge in room once I get there. I just need something quick and healthy to snack on and this looks great!

The directions for baking were not clear. Thaw? Cover, etc??
I baked for twenty minutes at 400 as directed and the center must be still frozen. thermometer only went to 100 not 160
