The consistency is not like jam or jelly. It has wonderful flavor, I just had to get around the fact it was a squash.
I had to add water as my squash was dry. I also added some freshly ground nutmeg. I also scraped the vanilla bean out at the end for more flavor.
In the end I like this recipe. Enjoy the flavor yum.
