Definitely one that I will try.

I had a guest who had a long list of allergies and sugar was one of these – I made her gluten free, egg free, lactose free, date pancakes and to my surprise they were very very good.
The dates were the obvious sweetener and I just blended them to a paste and slowly added sugar free almond milk. This year was a learning year for sure!
